This letter is written to advise you that the oak tree you removed from your from yard recently is
a laurel oak and does not require a permit for removal.
I requested an arborist look at the photos I had taken when I visited the property and he
detem,ined the species.
Just wanted to let you know that this case will be closed with no violations.
