RE: Atlantic Beach Center
Attached is a copy of the site plan of the proposed Atlantic
Beach Center. This plan is the storm drainage plan and shows
the relocated ditch.
The various State agencies have either approved the project or
can approve subject to proper paper shuffling. DER will grant
a stormwater approval subject to the dredge-fill permit being
issued, but a DNR approval for ditch relocation is required for
a dredge-fill permit . DNR staff have determined how to process
the relocation of the ditch which will take a few days.
Some minor building revisions have been made but none affect
parking, access, utilities etc.
