Dear Mr. Dyer:
You requested an estimated cost of building permit fees for the proposed
shopping plaza in Atlantic Beach. While we cannot calculate the exact
cost with the information presently available to us, you may expect that
the building permit, water meters, water cut-in, and sewer tap fees will
be approximately $19,000.00. This does not include calculations for the
sprinkler system, nor does it include costs for other permits (electrical,
plumbing, etc. ) associated with the project.
