Dear Sir:
As the referenced project nears completion it has come to our attention
that certain site work items on the approved plans have not been completed.
In particular the work on the access road to Aquatic Drive and the ap-
purtenant 6'x8' concrete box culvert and drainage has not been started.
We bring this to your attention because these work items are considered
an integral part of the approved plans and a Certificate of Occupancy
(C.O.) will not be issued by the City until these improvements are in
place.
