This is to request you seriously consider the use of 2 - 60"
diameter pipes in lieu of the 6 ' x 8 ' box culvert .
The two pipes with a slope of . 002 will carry about the same
volume of water as the box culvert under Atlantic Boulevard.
Naturally a connection at the D.O.T. right of way will be
required.
