Dear Mr. Baldwin:
Pursuant to your resubmittal of the paving and drainage plan for the
referenced project I have completed the review and transmit the follow-
ing comments.
1. The storm drainage system draining Royal Palm Drive should
be piped to the ditch along the Northerly boundary and not
be routed through the retention basin. (See Item No. 5 from
previous review. )
2. Bottom elevation of the retention basins must be raised to
elevation 3.5 minimus to avoid being below mean annual high-
water elevation. (See Item 7A previous review.) The retention
basins should be increased in area to compensate for this loss
of volume.
3. The retention basin side slopes may be 2:1 if adequate stabi-
lization is provided.
4. Drainage easements for the ditch along the Westerly boundary
and the Royal Palms Drive drainage system shall be prepared
and submitted for review and recording prior to final approval
of plans.
Should you have any questions regarding these comments please call .
Sincerely,
