Dear Bill :
Pursuant to your submittal of the final paving and drainage design
for the referenced project we have completed the review and find the
plans approved subject to the following modifications.
1. Provide physical slope on 24" RCP storm drainage along
Royal Palm Drive.
2. All drainage structures shall be pre-cast or poured in place
concrete. Concrete block endwalls are not acceptable.
3. Provide underdrain in the westerly retention basin.
4. Overflow from northerly retention basin must be piped.
5. Provide curb or regrade pavement in the N.W. area of the
project to insure runoff does not sheet flow over the sides
of the outfall ditch.
6. Show outfall ditch section on plans.
7. Increase westerly drainage easement to 50 ft. to allow for
maintenance berm.
8. Resolve conflict between 24" storm sewer and 8" sanitary
sewer at N.E. portion of the project.
Please make these modifications and submit revised plans to be inserted
into the approved building permit plans.
