Romano 1170 Begonia Street Atlantic Beach, Florida 33333-1807 RE: Notice of Violation—Rubbish and Garbage, Outside Storage (wood, brush) Disabled/Unlicensed Vehicles 1170 Begonia Street, Atlantic Beach, Florida RE#171024-0000 CASE NO. 88110 Dear Mrs. Peters: Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to be in violation of the International Property Maintenance Code as adopted by the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances to wit: Chapter 3, Section 307.1 —Accumulation of rubbish or garbage. "All exterior property and premises, and the interior of every structure shall be free . from any accumulation of rubbish or garbage" and Sec. 302.1 —Sanitation. "All exterior property and premises shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition" and Section 302.5 Rodent Harborage—"All structures and exterior property shall be kept free from rodent harborage and infestation. Where rodents are found they shall be promptly exterminated by approved processes which will not be injurious to human health. After extermination,proper precautions shall be taken to eliminate rodent harborage and prevent reinfestation". In addition Section 302.8 Motor Vehicles—"Except a provided for in other regulations, no inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked, kept or stored on any premises, and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of major disassembly, disrepair, or in the process of being stripped or dismantled. Painting of vehicles is prohibited unless conducted inside an approved spray booth". This letter requests you comply by removal of all rubbish, garbage, household items stored outside of the premises within twenty (20) days of receipt of this notice. A re-inspection will be done on or after February 1, 2011. If the violation is corrected and then recurs or if the violation is not corrected by the time specified in this notice this case may be presented to the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even if the violation has been corrected prior to the board meeting. The Code Enforcement Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) dollars per day for each day the violation is not corrected.
