90-Day Calendar for the Mayor and Commission

STRATEGIC PLAN LINK: None
BACKGROUND: The 90-day calendar is included on the agenda for the purpose of setting
meeting dates, determining the location, time and whether or not to
videotape special meetings and workshops if the Commission desires.
The rolling 90-day calendar will be revised after receiving input from City
staff and the Commission and will be included in each agenda for
consideration.
Special notes:
• Northeast Florida League of Cities Dinner, hosted by the beach cities,
will be held at 6:30pm on Thursday, May 18th.
• A Town Hall Meeting is scheduled for 10 am on Saturday, July 22 at the
Commission Chamber.
BUDGET: None
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the 90-Day Calendar for May through July 2017
