For the record, we are tagging the resident for not having/using the city issued toter. In our phone conversation this
morning, I informed resident he is required to use city toter and if he does not have one we can deliver one. He said we
could bring one out but he would not use it. He said he rode around his neighborhood and counted 15 houses where
toters were not being used.Also, if we did not come back out and pick up, he would dump gbg in the street.At this
point, Dave will pick up his gbg this week and leave tag informing resident he is required to use issued toter, s#4693 for
gbg svc to continue. If he no longer has a toter he will need to call PW and Dave will deliver one. Cheryl
