RE: Notice of Violations of International Property Code,Chapter 3, Section 308.1 —Infestation and Chapter
3, Section 305.1 —General interior structure(cabinets)at property known as:93 Dudley,Atlantic
Beach, 19-16 17-2S-29E Donners,RE# 172197-0010
Dear Mr.Gipson;
Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property at the above referenced
address to be in violation of the following codes: Chapter 3, Section 308.1 Infestation which states"All
structures shall be kept free from insect and rodent infestation. All structures in which insects or rodents are
found shall be promptly exterminated by approved processes that will not be injurious to human health."The
property is also in violation of Chapter 3,Section 305.1 General interior structure which states"The interior
of a structure and equipment therein shall be maintained in good repair,structurally sound and in a sanitary
condition."
This letter requests the noted violations be corrected by completing a one time extermination of the
interior and exterior of the rental unit and repairing the cabinet door within ten days from receipt of this
letter. If the violations are corrected and then recurs or if the violations are not corrected by the time
specified in this notice this case may be presented to the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even if the
violations have been corrected prior to the board meeting.The Code Enforcement Board may impose fines
up to$250 a day for each day the violation is not corrected.
A re-inspection will be done on/or before February 6,2010. To avoid having this Code Enforcement case
set for hearing,all listed violation(s)on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established
by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement.Upon completing the corrective action(s)required, it is your
responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify
compliance.
It is our goal to enforce the codes and ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach and protect the health,
safety and welfare of the City,and accordingly,your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.Please

RE: Notice of violation (Un-license/Inoperable vehicle)
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement sent a notice of violation concerning infestation
and kitchen cabinets door misplace on the property known as 93 Dudley Rd Atlantic Beach Fl 32233#
19-16-17-2S-29E Donners RE# 172197-0010 which states "All structures shall be kept free from insect
and rodent infestation."The interior of a structure and equipment therein shall be maintained in good
repair."
This letter is to inform Mr.James E. Gipson, property mgmt. and all interested parties of the violation,
due to the non compliance by February 6th, 2010, and to also inform that a hearing will be set with the
code enforcement board at 800 Seminole Rd Atlantic Beach, Fl 32233, in the commission chambers.
The City of Atlantic Beach Code Board Administrator will send all interested parties on record notice
with the time and date of the hearing which may be held March 9th 2010 at which time the Code
Enforcement Board may impose a fine up to$250 a day for each day the violation is not corrected.
It is the goal of the City of Atlantic Beach to enforce the city code and ordinances and to protect the
health, safety and welfare of the city as well maintain property value and accordingly all interested
