From: Komorek, Cheryl Sent: Wednesday, February 08, 2017 8:32 AM To: Pfohl, Jim <jpfohl@coab.us> Cc: White, Debbie<dwhite@coab.us> Subject: Easement Behind Apts. & Post Office Jim-Martha Carter, 249-9714 @ 31 Forrestal Cir is reporting a lot of yard debris on the easement behind her house. Easement is also behind Sea Oats Apts. and Post Office. According to her, this easement used to be maintained. Now she said the apartments are placing their debris back there and she's tired of looking at it. I don't know why or how she knows it's generated from apts, but they do not pay or receive yard debris pick up. She said she has reported this in the past, but nothing has been done. Can you please check and see who is responsible for easement and how bad the mess is?
