Chapter 3, Section 504.1 Plumbing Systems, General 93- 2 Dudley Street, Lot S1/2 Lot 9, Block 1, Donner's Replat Pt Lot 3, Atlantic Beach RE#172197-0010 CASE NO. 1611 Dear Mr. and Mrs. Gipson: Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to be in violation of International Property Maintenance Code as adopted by the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances Chapter 6, Section 6 — 120 to wit: VIOLATION—INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE Section 504.1 Plumbing Systems and Fixtures. General. All plumbing fixtures shall be properly installed and maintained in working order, and shall be kept free from obstructions, leaks and defects and be capable of performing the function for which such plumbing fixtures are designed. All plumbing fixtures shall be maintained in a safe, sanitary and functional condition. (bath lavatory drains are clogged) This letter requests that the noted violation be corrected by unclogging bath lavatories drains and call to schedule an inspection to verify compliance with this requirement within ten (10) of the receipt of this notice. A re-inspection will be done on or after January 24, 2011. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violation(s) on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action(s) required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
