I would like to report a residence with excessive watering that he does not only for his residence but both flanking
neighbors. He is watering all day in the middle of the day and more than 5 days a week. The unfortunate thing is he is
watering his yard of weeds! This has been going on for the last year I have been on this street. Thank you.
