Dear Mr. Reinhardt;
Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property at the above
referenced address to be in violation of Chapter 3, Section 302.4-Weeds per the International Property
Maintenance Code which states"All premises and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds
or plant growth in excess of twelve(12)inches. All noxious weeds shall be prohibited.
This letter requests the noted violation be corrected by cutting the lawn within ten (10) days
from receipt of this letter.
A re-inspection will be done on/or before March 19,2010. Failure to comply will result in the
City correcting the violation at a cost of the work plus a charge equal to 100%of the work to cover the
City's administrative expenses,which will be assessed against the property.If not paid within thirty 30
days after receiving the billing,the invoice amount plus advertising costs will be posted as a lien on the
property. Upon completing the corrective action(s)required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic
Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.

health, safety and welfare of the City, and accordingly, your cooperation in this matter is greatly
