I need your assistance with a code enforcement issue that is becoming a safety hazard.The issue is the chain link fence that runs next to Ocean Rescue and our Ahern Street beach access. The fence is falling and becoming a hazard as well as an eye sore. We have had a few complaints about the fence recently. I presented this as an issue to code enforcement some time ago (I believe Alex Sherrer) and it was kind of fixed by the owner. Could you please look into this.
