Hi Kathy,
Welcome to Atlantic Beach. I need your assistance with a code enforcement issue that is becoming a safety hazard. The
issue is the chain link fence that runs next to Ocean Rescue and our Ahern Street beach access. The fence is falling and
becoming a hazard as well as an eye sore. We have had a few complaints about the fence recently. I presented this as an
issue to code enforcement some time ago (I believe Alex Sherrer) and it was kind of fixed by the owner. Could you
please look into this. If you can give us permission we will take the fence out. I have enclosed some pictures for your
viewing. If you have any questions please contact me at Public Works. Thanks and have a great day.
