This letter request the noted violations be corrected by cutting the lawn within ten(10)days from receipt of this letter. A re-inspection will be done on/or after April 17,2010. Failure to comply will result in the City correcting the violation at a cost of the work plus a charge equal to 100%of the work to cover the City's administrative expenses, which will be assessed against the property. If not paid within thirty 30 days after receiving the billing,the invoice amount plus advertising costs will be posted as a lien on the property.Upon completing the corrective action(s) required,it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
