variation to provide the average calculated grade of the buildable area. The average should be
determined by a 10 foot square grid. The average calculated grade was not provided in the second
submittal.
2. Height: Section 24-17 requires height to be measured from average calculated grade to the highest
point of a building's roof structure or parapet and any attachments thereto, exclusive of chimneys.
Please show the overall height on plans. The height was not provided in the second submittal.
Informational Comments
1. Setbacks: The setbacks used in the revised site plan are acceptable. Please be aware that the 20 foot
rear yard is from the western property line and a 7.5 foot side yard is required along the northern
property line.

this project. Please submit a Tree Removal Permit Application if any trees are to be removed or were
removed in the last 2 years. If no trees are to be removed or were removed, then please fill out an
Affidavit of No Tree Removal. Both forms are available on the city website under "Planning and
Zoning"and at City Hall.
