In speaking to other sources it is my understanding that this can be worked into the closing documents when the home is sold. My concern over this matter has increased upon finding out that paperwork was filed on 11/25/09 against(Cevat and Nutren Akoglan: National City Bank)from BAC Home Loans Servicin,P.P. FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing,L.P. My attempts to contact Cevat and Nutren have been negitave. Please contact me at your earliest convicence in this matter so as to come to a solution to this problem. Please do not take this as a threat.
