known as: 564 Aquatic Drive,Atlantic Beach,38-71 38-2S-29E, RE# 171818-5188
Dear Mr.Akoglan;
Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property at the above
referenced address to be in violation of Chapter 3, Section 302.4 per the International Property Code
which states it is a nuisance"All premises and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or
plant growth in excess of twelve(12)inches. Weeds shall be defined as all grasses,annual plants and
vegetation,other than trees or shrubs."
This letter request the noted violations be corrected by cutting the lawn within seven (7) days
from receipt of this letter.
A re-inspection will be done on/or before February 12,2010. Failure to comply will result in the
City correcting the violation at a cost of the work plus a charge equal to 100%of the work to cover the
City's administrative expenses,which will be assessed against the property.If not paid within thirty 30
days after receiving the billing,the invoice amount plus advertising costs will be posted as a lien on the
property. Upon completing the corrective action(s)required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic
Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
It is our goal to enforce the codes and ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach and protect the
health, safety and welfare of the City, and accordingly, your cooperation in this matter is greatly

Trying you once again in reference to 564 Aquatic Drive. I have not heard back from my inquires
about the Termite Bond that all 4 units, :558,564,570 and 576 hold with Bug Out Service Account
#120804.
As I have relayed to you in the past all 4 homes must keep the Bond in effect.If any one falters the
other three are void.Bug Out will only provide this service if all 4 attached homes are on contract.
I have been making the$15.50 monthly payment for 564 Aquatic Drive since June 2009.To date
that totals to$124.00.The February payment is due next week.Again my concern is two fold.
-RE: 564 Aquatic Drive, Atlantic Beach Florida 32233 -Irt ox-'att.trt Mail'
Reimbursement for the bill paid to date upon sale of the home and reassurance that the new
homeowner is aware of this Termite Bond service currently in effect and obligated to continue it.
In speaking to other sources it is my understanding that this can be worked into the closing
documents when the home is sold.
My concern over this matter has increased upon finding out that paperwork was filed on 11/25/09
against(Cevat and Nutren Akoglan: National City Bank)from BAC Home Loans Servicin,P.P.
FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing,L.P.
My attempts to contact Cevat and Nutren have been negitave.
Please contact me at your earliest convicence in this matter so as to come to a solution to this
problem.
Please do not take this as a threat.
If I do not hear from you in the next few days I will have no recourse but to start other measures to
ensure this is take care of if you are unwilling to contact/help me in this matter.
