All noxious weeds shall be prohibited. Weeds shall be defined as all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees or shrubs provided, however, this term shall not include cultivated flowers and gardens". This letter requests you comply by mowing and cleaning the premises within seven (7) days of receipt of this notice. A re-inspection will be done on or after October 18. 2010. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violation(s) on this notice must be compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
