Harshman,Jr. that moved into the above address 10/27/10. The only payment he has made on his utility bill was$68.00 on 12/7/10. He has been cut off for non-payment on 1/13/11 and never came in to reinstate service. I was looking over my collections report and found that he is still active with JEA and the last payment they have received on him was 6/13/11 here recently. I was looking over the service orders and I see that Todd reported that meter was still off and locked—not vacant and that customer is stealing water from 752 Cavalla. Could someone go by and see what's going on. If he has a hose running from 752 to his unit can't we cut it or take it? Something needs to be done because he is living there for the last 6 months without paying any services. I'm going to get in touch with Advanced Services and have his garbage toter picked up.
