Please be advised, Atlanti‘ Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the Ci of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, to wit:
VIOLATION
Sec. 24-157. Fences, walls an' similar structures. (a) Permit required. Issuance of a permit is
required for any new or replac- ' ent fences and walls shall comply with the following
provisions. Nonconforming fen, -s shall not be replaced with nonconforming fences. The term
fence and wall may be used inter• angeably within this chapter, and shall mean as specifically
being within section 24-17. Fence must be constructed out of materials that are customarily
used for fences.
This letter requests that the noted v +lations be corrected by obtaining a permit or removal
of fence within ten (10) days of the re,..ipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to th. Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00)per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
