Atlantic Beach,FL 32233 RE: Notice of Violation of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances,Chapter 3, Section 304.6—Exterior Walls and Chapter 3, Section 304.3—Premises identification at property known as:2179 Fairway Villas Lane, Atlantic Beach,39-22 08-2S-29E,RE# 169398-1060 Dear Ms.Revels; Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property at the above referenced address to be in violation of Chapter 3, Section 304.6—Exterior Walls which states"All exterior walls shall be free from holes,breaks,and loose or rotting materials;and maintained weatherproof and property surface coated where required to prevent deterioration." Your property is also in violation of Chapter 3,Section 304.3—Premises identification which states"Buildings shall have approved address numbers placed in a position to be plainly legible and visible from the street or road fronting the property." This letter requests the noted violations be corrected by installing building numbers on the aforementioned property that are legible and visible from the street that fronts it and painting the exterior fascia trim within ten days from receipt of this letter.If the violation is corrected and then recurs or if the violation is not corrected by the time specified in this notice this case may be presented to the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even if the violation has been corrected prior to the board meeting.The Code Enforcement Board may impose fines up to$250 a day for each day the violation is not corrected. A re-inspection will be done on/or before January 20,2010. This letter request the noted violation be corrected by cutting the lawn within ten (10) days from receipt of this letter. A re-inspection will be done on/or before January 20,2010. Failure to comply will result in the City correcting the violation at a cost of the work plus a charge equal to 100%of the work to cover the City's administrative expenses,which will be assessed against the property.
