Atlantic Beach, FL 32233 To Whom it May Concern: The Code Enforcement Board of the City of Atlantic Beach was created pursuant to Florida Statutes and exists for the purpose of facilitating the enforcement of the Code of Ordinances. It is comprised of seven citizens, residents of Atlantic Beach, who meet regularly to hear allegations of code violations. Looks like Mr. Lynch has been to the construction materials junk yard again,and right on par with everything else we have dealt with in this property. In April he got a permit to put up a six foot buffer fence along 13th Street and the rear of the property to address complaints from neighbors at that time.
