be in violation of Chapter 17, Section 17-42(11)—Prohibited signs and devices."Pennants,
ribbons, balloons, streamers, wind operated devices and similar elements that are intended to
draw attention to a business or activity, either when used alone or incorporated into a sign", City
of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances.
This letter requests you comply by removal of the pennant flags at the"Nick the Greek"
establishment and from the premises within ten (10)days of receipt of this notice.
A re-inspection will be done on or after July 8,2010. To avoid having this case be referred to
the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violation(s)on this notice must be compliance on or
before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. Upon completing the
corrective action required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement
and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
It is our goal to enforce the codes and ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach and protect the
health, safety and welfare of the City, and accordingly, your cooperation in this matter is greatly
