Dear Mr. and Mrs. Abellana:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to
be in violation of Chapter 6, Section 6-16—Adoption of the Florida Building Code, Section
105.1 permit required of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances.
This letter requests you comply by obtaining the required building permit to proceed with
the enclosing of your garage within ten (10) days of receipt of this notice.
A re-inspection will be done on or after July 7,2010. To avoid having this case be referred to
the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violation(s) on this notice must be compliance on or
before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. Upon completing the
corrective action required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement
and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
It is our goal to enforce the codes and ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach and protect the
health, safety and welfare of the City, and accordingly, your cooperation in this matter is greatly
