All accessory structures, including detached garages, fences and walls, shall be maintained structurally sound and in good repair. (Fence is falling down) This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by repairing or removing the dilapidated fencing and call for an inspection to verify compliance within twenty (20) days of this notice. A re-inspection will be done on or before March 31,2011. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement.
