Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above to be in
violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances,to wit:
VIOLATIONS
IPMC Sec. 304.3 Premises identification. Buildings shall have approved address numbers placed in a
position to be plainly legible and visible from the street or road fronting the property. These numbers shall
contrast with their background. Address numbers shall be Arabic numerals or alphabet letters.Numbers
shall be a minimum of 4 inches(102 mm) in height with a minimum stroke width of 0.5 inch(12.7
mm)(No visible house numbers)
IPMC 302.4 Weeds.All premises and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or plant
growth in excess of twelve(12)inches.All noxious weeds shall be prohibited. Weeds shall be defined as
all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees or shrubs provided; however,this term shall not
include cultivated flowers and gardens.(yard is overgrown)
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by installing house number visible from
the street and mow and clean your yard within ten (10)days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board,all listed violations on this notice
must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board
may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for continuing violations. Upon completing
the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and
arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
