All accessory structures, including detached garages, fences and walls, shall be maintained structurally sound and in good repair. (Fence is falling down) Section 302.4 Weeds. All premise and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or plant growth in excess of twelve (12") inches in height. All noxious weeds shall be prohibited. Weeds shall be defined as all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees or shrubs provided, however, this term shall not include cultivated flowers and gardens. (Property/yard overgrown) This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by repairing or removing the dilapidated fencing and mowing yard and call for an inspection to verify compliance within ten (10) days of this notice.
