Dear Mr. Echevarria:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to
be in violation City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances Section and Section 24-173 (b) 1 to
wit:
VIOLATION
CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH CODE OF ORDINANCES
Section 24-163 (a-1) Storage and parking of commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles
and equipment and repair of vehicles in residential zoning districts.
(a) The storage and parking of commercial vehicles greater than twelve thousand five
hundred (12,500) pounds gross vehicle weight and dual rear wheel vehicles shall be
prohibited in all residential zoning districts. Commercial vehicles of less than twelve
thousand five hundred (12,500) pounds gross vehicle weight, recreational vehicles,
and trailers of all types, including travel, boat, camping and hauling, shall not be
parked or stored on all lot occupied by a dwelling or on any lot in any residential
zoning district, except in accordance with the following requirements:
(1) No more than one (1) commercial vehicle of less than twelve thousand five
hundred (12,500) pounds shall be permitted any residential lot, and such
commercial vehicles shall be parked of a minimum of twenty (20) feet from the
front line. Such commercial vehicle shall be used in association with the
occupation of the resident. (Only one boat, recreational vehicles, or trai60
may be stored in yard)

This letter requests that you remove and cease storage of the trailers on your vacant lot on
W 9`h Street within ten (10) days of this notice and maintain compliance at all times.
A re-inspection will be done on or before June 8, 2011. To avoid having this case be referred to
the Code Enforcement Board,the violation on this notice must be in compliance on or before the
date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two
hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective
action(s) required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and
arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
It is our goal to enforce the codes and ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach and protect the
health, safety and welfare of the City, and accordingly, your cooperation in this matter is greatly
