Dear Ms. Taylor and Mr. Bennett:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to
be in violation of Chapter 3, Section 302.4. —Weeds, "All premise and exterior property shall be
maintained free from weeds or plant growth in excess of twelve (12") in height. All noxious
weeds shall be prohibited. Weeds shall be defined as all grasses, annual plants and vegetation,
other than trees or shrubs provided, however, this term shall not include cultivated flowers and
gardens" and Section 302.8 —Motor Vehicles, "No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall
be parked, kept or stored on any premises, and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of major
disassembly, disrepair, or in the process of being stripped or dismantled " and Section 307.1 —
Accumulation of rubbish or garbage. "All exterior property and premises, and the interior of
every structure, shall be free from any accumulation or rubbish or garbage".
This letter requests you comply by mowing and cleaning the premises including the
removal of all jet ski/wave runners, tires, and removal of all trash, garbage and rubbish
within ten (10) days of receipt of this notice.
A re-inspection will be done on or after December 17th. 2010. To avoid having this case be
referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violation(s)on this notice must be compliance
on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. Upon completing the
corrective action required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement
and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
