Mr. Lopez,
My name is Ain Alex and we live at 335 9th St. in Atl Bch. I got the Atl Bch newsletter this weekend and
read the Code forcement Section. I wanted to report 2 rental properties directly across the street from us that
are in despera need of maintenance/clean-up. The addresses are: 340, 342, 344, and 346 9th St. The
properties ha a been converted to multiple units. There are other units in the back, but I'm not sure of those
addresses.
The home at is 340 and 342 9th Street has mold on the siding and needs to be painted. The front porch looks
as though it is beginning to lean on the right side. 344 and 346 9th Street has a very large amount of junk/debris
all along he north side of the home, which sits adjacent to an empty lot. These properties are an eye sore and it
affects p operty values.
