Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to
be in violation City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances Section 24-163 (a)and (b)(1)(2) to
wit:
VIOLATION
Section 24-163. Storage and parking of commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles and
equipment and repair of vehicles in residential zoning districts.
(b) Recreational vehicles stored or parked on any residential lot shall be subject to
the following provisions:
(2) Recreational vehicles, boats or boat trailers , or other type of trailer shall not be
parked or stored closer than fifteen (15) feet from the front lot line and shall be
parked in a manner that is generally perpendicular to the front property line such
that length is not aligned in a manner that extends across the front of the lot, it
being the intent that recreational vehicles, boats and trailers that are parked
forward of the residence should not excessively dominate the front of the lot.
This letter requests that you store your boat fifteen (15') from your front property line as
described above within ten (10) days of this notice and maintain compliance at all times.
A re-inspection will be done on or before April 5, 2011. To avoid having this case be referred
to the Code Enforcement Board, the violation on this notice must be in compliance on or before
the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to
two hundred fifty ($250.00)per day for continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective

action(s)required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and
arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
