This address change is the result of the re-plat of parcel 172064-0000. Proposed construction, is to build
two adjoining townhomes on each of the two newly created lots. The most Western lot, lot 7, will have
units 47 and 49.Unit 47 will be the westernmost unit and unit 49 will be to the East The Eastern lot, lot 8,
will have units 51 and 53. Unit 51 will be the westernmost unit and unit 53 will be to the East.
It is the property owner's responsibility to paint the correct address on their meter cans)in black enamel.
It is also the property owner's responsibility to install numbers on the front of their house in a contrasting
color that are a minimum of 4 inches(102 mm)high with a minimum stroke width of V2 inch(12.7 mm).
Please be aware that addressing does not determine required zoning setbacks related to front, side or rear
yards.
