I met with Bosco and have given them permission to use the 10 Street Beach access to move there equipment in.They
will not be in the Beach dunes but on the neighbor's back yard.They have talked to the neighbor and have his
permission also.They have committed to the neighbor and to the City to replace any damages to sidewalk or landscape
during this move.

Scott,
I wanted to let you know that it came to our attention today that Bosco plans to use the 14th Street Beach Access to get
their machines into the backyard of 1433 Beach Ave in order to put the pool in that's been permitted (I believe they
have permission from the homeowner of 1417 Beach Ave.to access his backyard.)
I reached out to(and spoke with)Todd Bosco a few minutes ago and informed him they need approval from Public
Works before using that 14th Street Access. He said that he is on vacation,but he will reach out to his guys on-site to let
them know. In addition,he will call Josh and have Josh get a hold of you about plans and approval.
