The meeting began at 5:04 p.m.
Discussion. J. November and D. Ford deliberated proposed verbiage for the BNRPAC
finished work, which is being proposed as both a proposed resolution and proposed
ordinance establishing the Environmental Stewardship Committee, and for a proposed
tree subcommittee ordinance. J. November advocated that that the City Commission
adopt an ordinance and enact an ordinance. The ordinance, he said, creates full
transparency because it is easily found in the city code, and is preferable because it is
less likely than an ordinance to be repealed.
Consensus. There was a consensus that J. November would make working changes to
the draft documents and present them at the BNRPAC meeting on May 4.
The meeting adjourned at 6 p.m.
