The home was in a quiet cul de sac. We enjoyed both the home and the surroundings. It was a short drive to the beach at a little over a mile away but not walkable. That was okay parking near the beach was easy to find. The only problems we had were a couple of large water bugs and little believe geikos. If you're okay with a few bugs it's not a big deal and to be expected when in Florida and living right next to a creek. My kids were really excited to see a family of racoons traveling by in the creek. They did not bother us and we enjoyed watching them from inside the house. Two patios made sitting outside very nice. Then hosts were wondeful. We almost got hit on bikes by a young 20 something in a Mercedes running the stop sign going into the Cloisters. She had to get out to punch the Code. Now, she may live there but I'm guessing not.
