IPMC Sec. 301.0 Vacant Structures and Land. All vacant structures shall be maintained in a clean, safe, secure and sanitary condition as provided herein so as not to cause a blighting problem or adversely affect the public health or safety. This letter requests that the noted violation(s) be corrected by removing camper stored in front yard and install house numbers within ten(10)days of the receipt of this notice. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations.
