Neighborhood preservation and property maintenance standards. (b) Appropriate maintenance and upkeep. All areas of a lot and structures that are visible from a street or a neighboring property shall be maintained in an acceptable manner, which shall be defined by the following characteristics: 1. Lots are maintained free of litter,trash,debris,discarded belongings, automotive parts and old tires,construction materials, and broken and abandoned items. (Litter,trash,debris in front of business and dumpster) INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE Section 302.4 Weeds. All premise and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or plant growth in excess of twelve(12") inches in height. All noxious weeds shall be prohibited. Weeds shall be defined as all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees or shrubs provided, however,this term shall not include cultivated flowers and gardens. (White Ford F150 Truck invalid tag and White Box Trailer,Silver Ford Bronco,all have flat tires) This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removal of all litter,trash,debris and mow and clean property and remove dumpster,inoperable White Ford F150 truck,Silver Ford Bronco,and trailer all with flat tires twenty(20)days from receipt of this notice and maintain property mowed and cease future outside storage. A re-inspection will be done on or before October 17,2011. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board,all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00)per day for continuing violations.
