A couple of comments regarding your tree removal permit:
You need a construction site management plan that shows the location of all the trees you are preserving and the
protective barriers around them.The document you submitted with the red and blue circles around some of the trees
does not include all of the trees that you are preserving on that property.All trees being preserved need to be shown
with protective barriers.
Also, I have attached your current mitigation calculations.You will need to submit a mitigation plan according to these
calculations that shows the size,type, and location of trees used for mitigation credit. More information about required
mitigation can be found HERE.

In the past, when palm trees and only palm trees were concerned, we were permitted to remove them
and mitigate before the final inspection.
The trees on the survey circled in red were removed by an outside party months ago. All palms on the
property circled in blue were, and continue to be, protected and in conformance with code.There are
no other species of trees on the property.
We understand there are permit process changes in motion and we will comply with them. However, in
this instance, we were not ready for such an abrupt change.
As you know by now, the Morris project has been in state and city permitting review for quite some
time. We want to move forward with this job immediately. If you need to discuss this further, feel free
to call our office.

There are no other trees on this property but palms and they do not have branches or root systems.
All the items in Chapter 6 do not pertain to this project.
The owner has owned the house for close to 30 years and we have never been asked to supply a deed unless the house
was just purchased.
I understand you are doing a new job.This permit was to be issued today as per Dan Arlington speaking to the
homeowner last night.
Billy morris left the state this morning and there is no way for him to get a copy of his deed.

"Grantee"),whose address is 1433 Beach Avenue,Atlantic Beach, FL 32233.
WITNESSETH:
That the Grantor, in consideration of love and affection and $1.00 paid by the Grantee,
receipt of which is acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee, its successors
and assigns forever, the following described real property located in Duval County, Florida
("Property").
Sec Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Together with all the rights, tenements, improvements, hereditaments, easements and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

EXHIBIT "A" '1'O WARRANTY DEED
Lots Four(4) and Five (5) Block sixty-one (61) ATLANTIC BEACH,
according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page 1, of the
current public records of Duval County, Florida; together with all of
the right, title and interest in and to all land, street, way and sea beach
lying East of the said Lots Four (4) and Five (5) and West of the
bulkhead as now established.
SUBJECT TO covenants, easements and restrictions of record, if any
(reference to which shall not serve to reimpose the same); current ad
valorem taxes; the rights, if any, of the public to use as a public beach
or recreation area, any part of the land lying between the body of
water abutting the subject property and the natural line of vegetation,
bluff, extreme high water line or other apparent boundary line
separating the publicly used area from the upland private area; any
and all rights of the United States Government and of the State of
Florida arising by reason of the United States Government control
over navigable waters in the interest of navigation and commerce;
adverse ownership claims by the State of Florida to those portions of
the property which may comprise sovereignty lands (including
without limitation submerged, filled, and artificially exposed lands)
that (i) have not been previously conveyed or transferred by the State,
or (ii) are legally excluded from prior state conveyances of other
types of lands; the Coastal Construction Setback Line as established
and recorded in Map Book "B" pages 24, 24A, 24B, 24C and 24D,
