The trees on the survey circled in red were removed by an outside party months ago. All palms on the property circled in blue were, and continue to be, protected and in conformance with code.There are no other species of trees on the property. We understand there are permit process changes in motion and we will comply with them. However, in this instance, we were not ready for such an abrupt change. As you know by now, the Morris project has been in state and city permitting review for quite some time. We want to move forward with this job immediately.
