violation of the following City Code:
1. Chapter 6, Sec 6-16 International Property Maintenance Code 302.7 -Fence In Disrepair.
To date you are still in violation, As Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Atlantic Beach, I am granting
you 30 days from receipt of this notification to bring your property into compliance by either removing,
properly repairing, or replacing, the dilapidated privacy fencing located at the aforementioned property. As
there is no requirement for a fence, its replacement at your option, and would need to be properly permitted
through the Building Department. I've enclosed pictures of the fence in question.
Furthermore you are reminded of your responsibilities as a property owner, and that continued violation of
City Code will result in fines of up to $500.00 per day, from the Code Enforcement Board.

Official Notification of Violation regarding the condition of the fencing located on your property
at 1309 Rose Street. To date,your efforts to remedy the condition of the fencing have been less
than satisfactory.
In an effort to eliminate the necessity of requiring you to appear before the City's Code
Enforcement Board, I am granting you 30 days from your receipt of this notification to either
remove the dilapidated/substandard fencing or install a proper fence on the aforementioned
property. Should you elect to install new fencing you will be required to obtain a fence permit
from the Building Department.
Furthermore you are reminded of your responsibilities as a property owner in Atlantic Beach and
that violations of City Code can result in fines of up to $500.00 per day,per violation from the
Code Enforcement Board.
