Consider this an Official Notification of Violation. That on September 2, 2008 while conducting a routine Code
Enforcement patrol,the aforementioned property was identified as being in violation of the following City Codes:
1. Chapter 6,Sec 6-16: Adoption International Property Maintenance Code:
a. 304.6 Building wall on rear of building not properly maintained
b. 302.7 Smoke house not properly maintained
In an effort to eliminate any undue hardship, I am granting you 45 days from receipt of this notification to correct
all the aforementioned items by:
1. Sealing/Painting the rear wall of the building
2. Clean-upand repaint areas-that are peeling on the smoke house_
Furthermore you are reminded as the manager of this property that that failure to comply can result in fines of
up to$500.00 per day per violation from the Code Enforcement Board.
