RE: Notice of Violation of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances,Chapter 3,Section 307.1: Accumulation of
Rubbish or Garbage at property known as: 1369 Rose Street,Atlantic Beach
Dear Mr.Bennett;
Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property at the above referenced
address to be in violation of Chapter 3, Section 307.1 —Accumulation of Rubbish or Garbage per City of
Atlantic Beach Code which states "All
rubbish prr operty and premises,and the interior of every structure,
shall be free from any accumulation
arbage."
This letter requests the noted violation be corrected by removing all the trash and debris that has
accumulated on your property within ten days from receipt of this letter. If the violation is corrected and
then recurs or if the violation is not corrected bythe time y violation on hasthis

to the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even f the
meeting.The Code Enforcement Board may impose fines up to$250 a day for each day the violation is not
corrected.

by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement.Upon completing the corrective action(s)required,it is your
responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify
compliance.
