All accessory structures, including detached garages,fences and walls,shall be maintained structurally sound and in good repair.(Fence in rear is falling down) This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removing the dilapidated fencing and call for an , inspection to verify compliance within ten (10)days of this notice. A re-inspection will be done on or before August 31,2011. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board,all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action(s)required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
