Dear Mr. and Mrs. O'Neill:
Please be advised that your property Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property
referenced above to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances Chapter 24,
Section 173 (2)—Dead shrubbery or landscaping which states"Dead shrubbery or landscaping is
removed from lots.
This letter requests you comply by removal of the two dead trees from your property
within ten (10) days of receipt of this notice.
A re-inspection will be done on or after October 20, 2010. To avoid having this case be referred
to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violation(s)on this notice must be in compliance on or
before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. Upon completing the
corrective action required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement
and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
It is our goal to enforce the codes and ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach and protect the
health, safety and welfare of the City, and accordingly, your cooperation in this matter is greatly
