Dear Sir and/or Madame:
Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to be in
violation of City of Atlantic Beach,Code of Ordinances,Chapter 16,Garbage and Trash Containers to
wit:
VIOLATION
Section 16-3 Garbage and Trash Containers.
(d) Dumpsters required. (enclosures) Owners and residents with dumpsters are required to
keep installed gates closed at all times except when necessary for access. (dumpster enclosure gates are
missing and enclosure is in major disrepair)
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by repairing dumpster enclosure and
installing required gates,maintain gates closed as outlined within ten(10)days from receipt of this
notice.
A re-inspection will be done on or before May 22,2012. To avoid having this case be referred to the
Code Enforcement Board,all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date
established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty
($250.00)per day for continuing violations.
