No person shall willfully or wantonly damage, mutilate or deface any exterior surface of any structure or building on any private or public property by placing thereon any markings, carving or graffiti. It shall be the responsibility of the owner to restore said surface to an approved state of maintenance and repair. This letter requests you comply by painting over the graffiti on your building within ten (10) days of receipt of this notice. A re-inspection will be done on or after April 23, 2012. If the violation is corrected and then recurs or if the violation is not corrected by the time specified in this notice this case may be , 6 presented to the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even if the violation has been corrected prior to the board meeting. The Code Enforcement Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) dollars per day for each day the violation is not corrected.
