Dear Mr. and Mrs. Booker:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to be in
violation of Chapter 3, Section 302.4.1—Weeds, "All premise and exterior property shall be maintained
free from weeds or plant growth in excess of twelve(12") in height. All noxious weeds shall be
prohibited. Weeds shall be defined as all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees or shrubs
provided,however, this term shall not include cultivated flowers and gardens".
This letter requests that the noted violation be corrected by mowing the grass and excessive weeds
on the property within ten (10)days from receipt of this letter.
A re-inspection will be done on or after December 17th,2010. Failure to comply will result in the city
correcting the violation at a cost of the work plus a charge equal to 100%of the work to cover the City's
administrative expenses,which will be assessed against the property. If not paid within thirty(30)days
after receiving the billing, the invoice amount plus advertising costs will be recorded as a lien on the
property. Upon completing the corrective action(s)required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic
Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.

safety and welfare of the City, and accordingly, your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
