Consider is an Official Notification of Violation. That the aforementioned business/property has
been identified as being in violation of the following City Code:
Chapter 17, Sec 17-41 (c ) Abandoned Signs
Per Chapter 17, Sec 17-41 (c), that upon cessation of business all signage must be removed
within 30 days, this includes the pole sign as well as any building signage. As Code
Enforcement Officer for the City of Atlantic Beach I am granting you 30 days from receipt of this
notification to bring the property into compliance.
Failure to do so will result in all signage being removed at the property owner's expense and
can also result in fines of up to $500.00 per day from the Code Enforcement Board.
