a. 302.7 Chain Link Fence In Disrepair
In an effort to eliminate any undue hardship, I am granting you 45 days from receipt of this notification
to correct all the aforementioned items by:
1. Remove all neon advertising from store front windows
2. Repair or remove old damaged section of bread store pole sign
3. Remove old sign pole from corner Mayport Rd and Plaza
4. Either remove, replace or blank off missing beauty supply store roof sign
5. Cut vegetation located behind building
6. Either repair or remove damaged chain link fencing located behind building.
Furthermore you are reminded as a properly owner of your responsibility to maintain your business in
good order and that that failure to comply can result in fines of up to $500.00 per day per violation
from the Code Enforcement Board.
